My company only shipped 1 car as part of my relocation package, so I was on my own for my second car. This was almost an afterthought as my wife and I were concentrating on moving of the household goods, trying to sell our house, and looking for a new house. I did some research online for vehicle shippers. After looking into reviews and checking out companies on the BBB I decided to try Auto Transport Direct and another company. The other company, after several calls back and forth, could not provide me with a reliable quote or find a driver - they were very disorganized.
I called Auto Transport Direct at the airport as I was boarding the plane. In a few minute phone call, I got an updated quote, scheduled the pick-up for 3 days away, and paid the deposit. The car was delivered the following week. It was in a open carrier, so I expected it to be pretty dirty. But I thought the driver was more courteous and the car was in better shape than the carrier my relocation company used to transport my other car. I'd definitely use these guys again. They were easy to work with, the pick-up and delivery were on time, I had no issues, and the price was competive.
