I had an overall great experience while using Direct Express Auto Transport. The communication with information of pick-up/delivery was fantastic. The only reason I didn't give it a five star is due to the fact that my car was dirty when it arrived. I did not know it was going to be on an open truck/carrier. Had I known, I probably wouldn't have taken my vehicle to get detailed at the carwash before the pick-up date. Other than that, excellent job. My vehicle got from point A to point B without any damages or items being stolen. If I ever relocate in the future, without a doubt, I will choose this company. 100% trustworthy!
