On balance, my experience was good. The most important aspect of the shipping process are the logistics. My car was picked up on time, transported as advertised, and delivered even a little earlier than estimated. The only advise I have is to advise your drivers that they are the "face" of your company. The driver on the pick up end was great. He was friendly and knowledgeable. The driver on he delivery end however was rude and condescending. This is really a shame since everything else was so good, the last "impression" we have is this rude driver. I hope this feedback gives you some insight for fine-tuning your business.
