My experience starting with the sales person was very good. The company asked for a $159.and deposit which was reasonable. Shortly after paying the deposit and entering into the contract the contract was assigned a truck and driver. I heard from the driver very soon thereafter and got his pick up schedule which was acceptable. The car was picked up in St. Louis MO, at the assigned pick up date. It was delivered to me in Parker co, very near to my home on time and in same condition as I had left it for transport to Maine. If I have an opportunity in the future to use a transporter, I have no reservations I is really nice and five star services. Direct Express Auto Transport who deserve five stars.
