This is the 3rd time I've used this company, and it will be my last. This driver and his dispatch had poor communication skills. The dispatch would call and say that the driver was in the area and that he should be contacting me shortly about pickup/delivery. I'd wait for a call, and the driver wouldn't call or it would be 5 or 6 hours later, and he'd have excuses of why he couldn't pick up or deliver my vehicle. He kept saying his headlights weren't working, so he couldn't drive at night and therefore, there'd be a delay in picking up or delivering my vehicle. Then he said he had brake issues. If your headlights and brakes aren't working properly, why are you accepting jobs? Get those issues fixed first! The driver also tried to get me to drive an hour away to pick up my vehicle when I asked for my vehicle to be delivered to my city of residence.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer T'onna Peters is dissatisfied with the service. We were never informed by Tonna that those delays were happening and would surely have intervened on her behalf had we known. We will be speaking to the driver about this for sure. We wish T'onna Peters lots of future success and thank her husband for serving the country!
