Their website and service was excellent. I was able to get an accurate quote without giving my personal information. Other sites wouldn't give me a quote with out my email and phone number and then I was hounded by email and calls. Direct Express is very efficient. They are a clearling house for transporters which I think works well. The driver called me when he accepted the order, called me to say he picked up the car. Called me when he got to the drop point that I selected. I have book marked thier website and will use them again.
