HORRIBLE SERVICE-EXCEPT LIP SERVICE

Was given "lip service" from the girls every time I called..."We usually pick up within 3 days of the date"...."We are still assigning a carrier"...."It will be no problem to get a carrier, we go between NJ and Floria all the time"..."We are a big company and have carriers on carriers".etc., etc., etc. After more than a week with no pick-up, or even a carrier assigned, I called Door to Door. JR and Kelly were the contacts...THEY HAD THE CAR PICKED UP THE NEXT DAY AND DELIVERED TO FLORIDA IN 4 DAYS! DRIVER, SERGIO, WAS A TRUE GENTLEMAN AND ALWAYS IN CONTACT W/ME. AN INCREDIBLE COMPANY! DON'T CALL ANYBODY ELSE...CALL DOOR TO DOOR......THESE ARE THE GUYS! ADDITIONALLY, TRY AND GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK from Direct Express......HAVE BEEN WAITING MORE THAN TWO WEEKS, AFTER 3 CALLS, AND STILL NO RETURN OF DEPOSIT...AFTER THE 3RD CALL THEY SAID THEY FINALLY ARE PROCESSING IT...THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE! CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO FILE A CLAIM.

Our outstanding reputation including A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau speaks for itself. We are sorry that customer Cal Chase is dissatisfied with the service, but he only gave us five days to ship his car to Venice, Florida before canceling, which is very demanding, especially in January. He likely way overpaid another carrier to have it expedited. Mr. Chase received his full deposit refund the week after he cancelled (last week) so he is being ... shall we say disingenuous? Yes, that is the polite way. We wish Cal Chase lots and lots of luck in all his future endeavors.
