Moving my car from California was a worrisome idea. I'd moved many times but always had someone else arrange and pay for the move. This time is was all on me. Surely this was going to cost a fortune and they were going to wreck my Mustang. When I first contact these guys the pressure started to decrease. I was in California, headed for the East Coast and there wasn't much time to get the car before I left the State. The person that I spoke with at Direct Auto was efficient and reasuring that there wouldn't be any issue with the pick up and sure enough they came the next day and got the car. As the car was in transit, I found that I would be out of the country when the car arrived and needed to make arrangements for someone to receive the car. I called the company and they knew exactly where the car was and when it would be delivered so making the arrangements were simplified. The car was delivered just as they promised on time and without any new scratches or dents. I'm so impressed with the staff there that when it is time to return to California I'll reach out to them again.
