I ran into a problem regarding transport of my car from NJ to CA on the day I was expecting the car to leave. I called Nicholas Neal and within 1 hour he had made the necessary arrangements for my car to be picked up the following morning. He was very personable and extremely empathetic. I felt like I was dealing with a family member. Everything went according to plan and the car should arrive on the requested day. I hope this company and, particularly, Nick Neal, stay in business as long as I have to move cars across the country. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Its refreshing in a world that, at times, seems to be filled with scam-artists, to find somebody with integrity.
