Bryan Pilcher was the first person to call me from a transport company. He followed up numerous times after the first contact to keep me informed about the process. His quote was not the lowest but was by far not the highest. His responsiveness and promises were all fulfilled. From the first contact to the time the car was ready to be picked up was three days. His driver picked up the car three days later. The driver was willing to drop the car off at my preferred location and was right on time with the promised time range. The driver was also good with his communication and keep me informed as to his time schedule so I could easily make arranagements to pick up the car. The driver was pleasant and accomodating and had the car off the truck and waiting for me to pick up. I will use Direct Auto Movers for my next car move.
