When I started to look for a company to transport my vehicle I received tons of e-mails and calls, it was a little overwhelming for me. I picked Direct auto Carrier, because it was one of the lowest quotes that I received. I contacted James and he was helpful and responsive and he gave me a detailed description of the service.
Everything was perfect! The driver came on the pickup date on TIME and he delivered our car from Maryland to California in perfect conditions and in only 6 days.
I was in contact with Lucy (customer service) from the beginning to the end, she is absolutely AMAZING and kind and she answers all my questions. I will recommend this company to all and I will definitely choose them for my future moves.
