The service received from Direct Auto Carrier was excellent and exceptional!!. There are so many carrier companies to choose from and so many of the reviews are horrendous that I was very afraid and nervous about which carrier to choose. I'm very happy that I chose Direct Auto Carrier because James O'Connor was always available and very helpful with any questions I had! We had excellent communication from the beginning. He carefully explained the details related to the shipping process and answered all my questions. My car was picked up as promised and on time in Graham, Washington. Also as promised, the delivery in Ocala, FL was a week later and it was at the same time I was coming from the Orlando airport. I can literally say that I didn't spend a minute in Florida without a car. I received the best price and the best service. Thanks James!! Do not hesitate to use this carrier.
