No complaints about service. The people were courteous and delivery was timely. One comment I would make is, to me the condition of the vehicle at delivery should reflect the condition at pick up regardless of enclosed ship or not. Maybe this is an added service at extra cost. In my case a simple hosing off would have sufficed. Not a huge issue but it would reflect well on the company as I read much criticism about this. Again not a big issue for me but my car was nicely cleaned prior to pick up but it must have gone through some rain and dust/dirt and looked bad upon arrival.
