Gave up after a week

I dropped my car off on Tuesday, 9/1. I often checked my car's status online and figured after 3 days it should get moving soon. A week later my car was still sitting at the terminal to my disappointment. I had a deadline to meet and it was obvious they couldn't achieve this deadline. Granted it was Labor Day weekend, but Labor Day is only 1 day out of the week. Come Tuesday, 9/8, I went to the terminal to cancel my order. No one seemed to know why it was taking so long to ship and they said it should be shipped in a couple days, which will not work within my time frame.

The cancellation went smoothly and the employees were nice. So I decided to give the review one star because of that.

I don't really know who's to blame for this since it was apparent no one I dealt with was on the inside (I don't want to put unnecessary blame on anyone).

Bottom line is I wouldn't trust them to get your car where it needs to be anytime soon.
