The Audi is my daughters car and was shipped from California to Connecticut. This was not an easy move. My daughter was pre occupied with her exams and it was a chore for the terminal and driver to contact her and arrange the pickup. Despite the contact problem there was no frustration and t he contact was made and pickup occurred without a hitch. The delivery was early and the car was in excellent condition. The deivery driver was knowledgeable and arranged a convenient meeting point at my request. Our home is near a railroad bridge too low for truck passage. On meeting the delivery driver the administrative material was completed and the car recieved. A job well done.

The cost was competitive and actually less than previous shipment with other characters. My contacts with customer service to track t he vehicle were accurate and courteous. All in all a great move.
