Phone representative was very diligent during our SEVERAL phone conversations. When came time to actually drop off my vehicle, there was a slight discrepancy with what he told me over the phone and what the in-house representative told me when I arrived. I called the same contact representative and he straightened everything out without a problem. I thought the prices were fair and the vehicle was shipped and received without any issues. The only thing I did notice was that I left a portable gas container in the car that was NOT there upon destination arrival.
GREAT customer service but a bit dodgy on belongings being safe in the car.
