Concerned about the comments on-line about all the many car carriers we contacted. We suppose that more people with negative comments take the time to post a comment, rather than satisfied customers. Dependable seemed to have a higher quantity of such negative comments, but we concluded that this was probably due to the fact that they move far more cars than almost all other car carriers. We were very satisfied with the check-in process and how we were handled by the staff. We never did see the status of the car say anything except still waiting for shipment. However, the car arrived for pick-up in Florida many days earlier than expected. It arrived in exactly the same fine condition in which it was turned over to Dependable for shipping. They did everything they promised and beat the arrival time substantially. The agreed upon cost was paid at the shipping point and there were no hassles and no problems. We will recommend the services of Dependable to friends and family. We would use Dependable for our next transport of a car.
