The car was picked up promptly in Long Island on August 6 and was delivered to the terminal in Mesquite, Texas on August 13 around noon. I called to see if i could get an expedited delivery and after being on hold for 22 minutes I got a live body and was instructed to call back the next day. I called back and got another 20+ minute hold time and spoke to a Supervisor whom I believe said her name was Lukeesha(sp?) She put me on hold and came back on line a few minutes later and told me she had paged the delivery person but got no respone and she would call me back later that day.

On August 14 I also sent an e-mail seeking delivery information as I had to schedule surgery asap on myself and wanted them to know my wife could not drive a stick shift and needed something soon and definite. They did not respond to the e-mail until August 17, and again gave nothing definite or helpful.

I waited 26 hours for the return call and ended up placing another call, another 20+minutes hold time, and was told I was quoted a delivery date of August 24 from the begining and thats what they are obligated to do. If it could be delivered sooner they would let me know.

The car was delivered in the same shape it was picked up and their driver was helpful, careful, polite, and professional, everyone else was not and they do not know what customer service is all about!
