This was the first time I had a car (or anything) shipped. Most of the 'bumps' that I had with delivery were due to my own inexperience with shipping. Dependable Auto was very helpful. I would absolutely use them again.

The only minor nitpick that I have is the fact that they were reluctant to guess a pickup day or ballpark whether they thought it would be on time or a few days late. That would have helped me make tentative plans. But, I can understand why they were reluctant to ballpark it, since so much is out of their control.

The car was picked up on the first day available and delivered on the promised day and at a time when I could take the delivery. So, I am not complaining by any means.
