D2D used Tow Taxi Llc out of Michigan to deliver the SUV we purchased. They were 1 day late which was not a big issue, the BIG issue was that the car was driven 150 miles after it left the Dealership, with no one taking responsibility for that. Unfortunately we came home from the hospital from the birth of our son the same day it was delivered so i didnt notice the excessive mileage until later that day. Since i had signed off on the delivery, D2D wouldn't accept responsibility for the driver they hired. The Tow Taxi driver never returned our calls. In person we had someone confirm the mileage the day before it left the dealership and i believe it wasn't the dealer who added the mileage. The lack of taking responsibility and customer service was astonishing as the car was driven through a snowstorm and although luckily besides being dirty there was no visible damage, we took the car to a dealer and paid to have them inspect the car just in case. There was no damage but this was a totally bad experience and we would not recommend using D2d or Tow Taxi for anything. The date of delivery was Jan 28 2009.
