Contacted Bill DeMoise of this company early one week after researching a number of companies over a month or so. The following week they picked the car up on Tuesday morning and delivered it Wednesday evening...the next day....a day earlier than they had predicted. The driver, Bob DeMoise, called me directly to let me know he had picked the car up and was on his way. He stayed in touch as he made his way cross country and called as he got closer to arrange the exact time for drop off. He said he would pick it up a 9:00am and he was within a few minutes of that. He said he would arrive at 7:00pm and he arrived within a few minutes of that time.

The car was in an enclosed transporter and was spotless. Bob even changed into special coveralls and removed jewelry so the cars wouldn't get scratched as he moved around them for unloading. They even took care to remove the radio antenna so it wouldn't get damaged.

These guys know the meaning of customer service and after talking a little with Bob (as he unloaded the car) about the company, their operation and approach with customers, I believe my excellent experience with them was the rule rather than the exception. Exeptional Service
