David and Goliath was subcontracted by Best Movers of America (another terrible company) to move my small shipment. They came over 7 hours late to pick up my shipment. Everything was wrapped nicely. I did not hear from them again until 13 days later when they scheduled my delivery. Again, the truck came over 7 hours later than the time they said they were coming. The subcontracted my shipment with another company (no markings on truck). My boxes were smashed, ripped open and my belongings were all over the truck. Some of the items in the boxes were missing. The items that were wrapped were no longer wrapped and there was damage to furniture. Pieces of furniture were missing. The driver was alone and said he needed help to unload the truck. He stood in the truck and watched me unload and carry the shipment into my apartment. I asked him to help me with the couch and he did. He complained the whole time and said he was losing money on this delivery. He told me I was lucky I didn't leave the shipment on a street corner in the Bronx.
Do not use this company. They are unprofessional and their customer service is rude.
