I would not recommend this company UNLESS you are transporting a car from a huge city to another huge city! I was NOT made away of all the inside dealings with transport companies until I finaly contacted another agency and ended up going with them. The reponse time from DASH starts out great, but once the order is booked, it's nil. I was not given all the details as far as pick up times, what that actually means, beware of that and cost. I kept getting well no one wants to go to Walton Beach, FL to Idaho. NO one is traveling west right now. Well isn't that their job? No sense of urgency even after I pleaded with them. I finally canceld my order. No response, no nothing after 3 email messages. I finally called the headquarters in CA, and they were actually great. Returned my call immediately and the C/S gal had a supervisor call me right back. I did get my refund back, but I only found this out by talking to HQ, becuase no one at the transport location was talking. And oh, people leave the company and no one follows up on their work!! You'll be in limbo for who knows how long......

Lynn we're very sorry that you were unsatisfied with our service but please understand that when shipping to places in ID, MT, and WY that we ask for an extra 7 to 10 days to assign a carrier. All of our associates here at DASH explain that in detail before the order is placed. A supervisor did call back and did reiterate the delay for this particular route.
