It was my first experience and naturally, I was very cautious. When I talked to David, the main contact person for DZ9 company, I sensed an honesty in him and decided to use his service. Within a day, David was able to find a a truck. Now comes the tricky part. He asked me for the credit card information to finalize the deal and and then only he could submit a request to the truck company/dispatcher. He had the pickup time and the name of the truck company available, but he did not have the driver information. I was somewhat worried because I was told by my friends that nothing was certain until there was a driver assigned to pick the car. But, David told me that everything was ready and the deal could be finalized only after I gave him the credit card information. So, I acceded and gave the card information.

Although David asked me for the credit card info, but, he promised me that no charge would be made to my credit card until the car was picked. I took the "risk" of giving the credit card information and within half an hour, he sent me all the information about the dispatch company. I called the dispatcher company and decided the pick up time. Everything went smooth- the car was picked up at the decided-time (from Rhode Island) and delivered to me on time (to Austin, Texas).

I am very happy with the Dz9 service and I am pleased to recommend his service to anyone who is looking for a reliable and honest shipping service.
