DIY had done a run around on the quote with me and made promises they couldn't deliver on and charged me a hundred more than the quote provided. They also had the wrong address recorded for my vehicle so it would end up going somewhere else if I didn't question all the information when I was trying to locate my vehicle. They never called to follow up with me at all unless I called. They also had the wrong email so I never received anything until I finally spoke to TerriAnn who had fixed almost everything. I guess the first person I had provided my information too didn't really care to write anything correct except my credit card number. I delt with a nice guy named Joe from the transporting company named Alena Enterprises which had been very courteous with information and whereabouts of my vehicle. We were also able to meet at the location of my choosing to pick up the car. In the future, I'd rather talk directly to the company that's delivering the car and not the broker. DIY, I don't want to talk to you again, you might hear something different then what I'm actually saying to you. Thank you Alena Enterprises transport for your great customer service and information.
