The contact person, Andrew, helped me ship my car from MA to OH, and I am very much satisfied with the service. Andrew was prompt and his explanation was clear. I contacted Cruise Control Auto Transport about two weeks before I needed to ship. My car was picked up on the last day of the three-days window. The price was relatively low compared to other companies, so I was a little worried initially, but it turned out that the shipping was very smooth and quick. The driver even kindly put my car in the parking space at the destination (the person who was there for me to receive my car could not drive). I would recommend to others.
