Everything was "Yes" from Reynold before I booked the pickup of the truck - Then- Things Happened - The trucker could not pick up on the day Cross Country said he would, Then - they could not deliver Door to Door as promised - Wanted us to get to a yard in Palasaides NJ - They were very polite and very nice BUT - they did not disclose all these details during the sales pitch. I felt if they were not up front to start with - What else would happen? ALso, I am finding oput as I shop other brokers taht CASH or MOney Order is probably needed at destination???? So - Sorry guys but a no vote from me.
