Great service and follow up. The transporter had quite a few vehicles on his hauler, but that was expected. Two things to note about transporting a car in this manner. If you're worried about oil, coolant or other fluids dripping from cars on the upper deck, see if you can request to have your car loaded on top. If you're worried about low-hanging branches, rock chips or other items flying up and hitting your car, see if you can request to have the car loaded on the bottom. You might not have a choice. Since neither of these issues were of concern to us it didn't matter where the car sat on the trailer. We just wanted it delivered in one piece! Our transporter was a friendly gentleman who probably would've taken car of any loading requests if we had asked (I probably would've said to load it on the bottom). Of course, he showed up with the car intact and we were very thankful of that.

Also, since a big rig is used to pull the car transporter, you may want to consider meeting up with the driver at a large parking area such as at a shopping center to allow for more space. The driver may have to unload a few cars to get yours out. We did this when we had our Expedition transported a few years ago and the driver was very appreciative. We weren't able to do that with our BMW so the driver had to deliver in a residential area. Needless to say, space was tight and neighbors weren't all that happy

Anyway, we were extremely satisfied with all aspects of this delivery. Alex at Cross Country Auto Transport was thorough and was sure to follow up to make sure everything went smoothly. And if all of the transporter drivers are like the one we had, I'd recommend these guys that much more!
