Do NOT use Crest Trans or Us Auto Transport

I have a VERY similar experience to the people who reviewed this company above me. I chose Crest Trans for the same reasons - lower price and the personal conversation I had with them on the front end. It all went downhill from there.

I was quoted 440 for a transport from Lbama to Philadelphia. I made a deposit of $195 through electronic check which was cashed by Crest Trans (even though they were doing business as Auto Trans or UsAurto Trans.) So who knows who they REALLY are. (My bank is helping me sort through all that right now. Anyway, they never picked up my vehicle and after 3 weeks of changing dates, and other outright lies from my contact person, Frank, I cancelled the order and went with a different company who picked up my car within one day.

In the meantime, I tried to get my $195 deposit refunded to me and I haven't been able to get ANYONE to respond from the copmpany. Fank couldn't even give me a customer service number or the name of the people who cashed my check. I ended up having to go back to my bank to find out who cashed it. Now I'm beginning the legal porocess of suing the company, if necessary. It's a complete and total nightmare. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE don't use this company. If no one uses them ever again, then i will at least feel like I got some of my money back.
