This company and its agents are dishonest. I had been warned by other carriers to not trust this company or its bid. I gave the company, who in all actuality was the broker, the benefit of the doubt. As an attorney, I made certain that the balance due under the contract was clearly specified. Unfortunately, when my son was contacted by the actual transporter, the balance due went up $300.00, which supposedly was for expedited service- something that was never requested by us. That amount was communicated to us the day after the vehicle had been picked up, not before. The contract terms do not specify any amount for expedited service. Further, the broker threatened to put the vehicle in storage until the amount was paid. Obviously the storage fees were going to cost a significant amount. The broker would not even hold a discussion with either my son, who was the recipient of the vehicle and who also is an attorney, or myself. The broker was rude and hung up on both of us.

It is my sincere belief that the broker never had a transporter for the date specified and it was not until I kept calling from the day that the vehicle was supposed to be picked up until two days later that the broker even found a transporter. The reason for this belief is that the broker's contract with the transporter was entered into on October 23, 2013, two weeks after I had accepted the bid with the broker.

The broker advertises "absolutely no hidden charges" , "we will meet or beat any bonafide price received." This was a lie, and this company committed several violations of the Consumer Sales Practices Act. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ALL OF THE REASSURANCES WERE FABRICATIONS!
