Mike contacted me saying he had an open spot and could move our vehicle in 2 days. The car wasn't picked up as promised and we were not contacted the move date was changed. Then we were promised 3 more dates which once again never took place. To make matters worse,we were not notified that the car was not going to be picked up. After taking time off from work to be on hold for the pick up, Mike stopped answering our calls. We would call, and the phone would be answered and hang up immediately. The transport was promised at one price and increased to another price. We since gave up and contacted another carrier who picked the car up with in 24 hours at our promised rate from creative rides transport.We have since received our deposit back and found Mike to be arrogant and unprofessional.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We have transported cars to Ca on two separate occasions and both times we had great luck. The cars were picked up and delivered on time and with out any problems.We were getting ready to use the same company until Mike contacted us with a reasonable rate and a false promise.
