was very nervous about moving my car, had heard a lot about scams and shady dealing in the industry, and have had friends who had problems. was very happy with the experience. rod was professional and knowledgeable and made everything happen, the driver was also very nice, stayed in touch, seemed to plan ahead and followed through on everything.
