This is broker and asked $100 more after quote delivered. I paid them for good customer reviews. Then nightmare happened. They connects me with no quality shipper (Pacific Auto Transport) which is 0 or 1 star rating . I asked if the shipper are reliable they said no problem, yes. Upon delivery of my car, my car bumper and hood were scratched terribly and long windshield crack was found. Owner of the Shipper refused to provide insurance information for claim. The driver showed me no damage picture and said the damage are pre-existing. What a joke. Coatal Cars promised to coordinate in between and give me a solution, then they disappear and never call me back. The power of atterney seems to be the solution.
