This was an eleventh hour car transportation request that Henry @ Coastal Car Transport managed well. He was clear about what the process of car transportation involves, which was useful since this was my first time transporting a car. The final price ended up being higher than the original quote, but Henry had been transparent about the process, and so that was not an unexpected last minute surprise. The actual car carrier (Ramaz Trans Inc.) was prompt about communicating the status updates to us. However, they demanded an extra $50 at pick-up time because the car had some items in it (was not empty). Henry, however, promptly resolved that problem with them, and we didn't have to pay anything extra for the small amount of stuff that was in the car. The car arrived on time, with minor dirt etc. that one would expect on an open carrier - nothing a normal car wash could not fix. Overall, this was a pleasant experience, and I would not hesitate to do business with Coastal Car Transport again.
