charged my credit card twice

My experience with Catala started out great, until he charged my credit card twice and said it was in error. He said he was sorry and would take care of it right away. After a few days i did not see the refund, and contacted Mr. Catala. He told me it takes sometimes 72 hours. I told him it has been way more than 72 hours and he told me that he would check on it and get right back to me and never did. I followed up with another calll and he told me he would send a moneygram and never did. The last phone call that he answered and I asked him when he would return my money, he hung up on me. I am now fighting with the bank to get my money back that he took from my credit card without authorization. Not an honest man.

This post is current for a problem of last year. I dont do autos anymore. I was forced to disolve catala express for identity theft reasons. I do local work only in Miami,fL. I dont have an active MC number.
