I usually read bad reviews and think that the author must have been picky or demanding- thats not me. I have NEVER taken the time to write a bad review until now.
The only good communication was before they got my credit card number. As soon as they got my $$$$ it was much more difficult to get answers. What more can I say other than : I paid more for their services than other well ranked company quotes, pick up of car was poorly organized- driver of transport truck spoke no English, car arrived at destination over 2 weeks later then estimate, car arrived with thick grease layer, destroyed wipers, ruined weatherstripping around windshield. Does cascade help talk to transit providers regarding the issues- NO! Last communication from Cascade was 'i'll get back to you ASAP' needless to say that never happened! And a month later when I reach out for followup they act as though there was never any intent to follow up.
If you don't care how or when your car arrives, maybe they would be good for your needs. If you want someone who holds up their end of an arrangement- look elsewhere!

We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with your dirty windshield, however, we gave you the steps necessary to correct the problem but you chose to do things on your own. As far as the delay in transport, we are given the estimated dates of pick up and delivery by the carrier, unforseen issues arise that are completely out of our control and the drivers control as well. Cross country routes can take upwards of 7 to 12 days at times. MALIA
