Be assured, Candice from CVS will not rest until she has your move organized to your satisafaction. We threw lots of hurdles at her (pick-up and drop-off constraints), and she cleared them all. The first attempt to p/u the car was aborted by the driver because of front-end clearance issues. Since the driver was aware of those issues before accepting the job, Candice has refused to do business with him in the future. The second attempt was successful. The trucking company called the night before delivery to provide an arrival window, and they hit it right in the middle. As a bonus, Cascade's price was at the low end of the range. I'd use them again if they were at the top.
