I contacted Cascade Vehicle Shipping Company in early October for a mid-October pick-up date. I chose Cascade based on their internet reviews from previous customers. I had tried to ship this vehicle earlier with a different company and was not successful due to circumstances. So when I called Cascade, I spoke with Michelle and explained to her my whole situation. She was extremely sensitive to my previous experience, and spent a good amount of time on the phone assuring me that she and her company would take good care of me. She was the type of person that I had felt like I had known for years. My situation was sort-of unique and the pick-up had to be almost exact because the person shipping this vehicle was flying in from HI for the weekend just to put this car on the truck. Michelle assured me that she would see that all of my requirement were met. She said that she would also relay this information to the actual trucking company so that they would know that we were on a tight schedule. After alot of hard work on Michelle's part our car was picked up RIGHT on time just as Michelle had said. Our car was then delivered to OH 5 days later, without a scratch on it! If ever in the future I had to ship another vehicle, I would definitely chose Cascade Vehicle. Thanks to Michelle and her crew for making this FINALLY happen!!:o) My son thanks you too, Michelle!!
