Cascade was wonderful to work with. Every rep I talked with was patient and answered my questions honestly and accurately. One rep in particular was fun to talk to and knew a lot of info about the shipping process. This is the first time I've shipped a vehicle across the country. I would definitely do it again after the service I received from Cascade. After getting quotes from about 25 different 5-star companies, I chose Cascade for their customer service and price. It was as if I was chatting with somone next door that I've worked with before although they were 3000 miles away. I'm very happy with my decision.
