At the beginning we set up our move three months in advance. We called cascade vehicle shipping because of the great reviews and were today it would not be a problem to have the vehicle picked up may 31st. We occasionally would get an email from cascade vehicle shipping. I understand not wanting to update your clients all the time however if I had a question about the upcoming transport my husband or myself would have to call all day long. I'm being serious here, we called day and sometimes the all day the next day to be able to ask a question. I would rarely get a response back in a email. So then this continues for months into may and I start to panic. I really need the picked up may 31st. I try emailing calling everything and we go to may 31 with out a response even though we were calling constantly. We are then told our vehicle could not be picked up till June 6. The pick up was a little late and the car arrived with circle grease stains on the trunk but what is important is the they knew I had been requesting a may 31 or earlier pick up date for months.

Natasha...We thank you for your business and appreciate the fact that you booked your transport 3 months in advance. We strive to communicate with our customers on a regular basis. Although the terms and conditions of our quotes state... 1 to 10 days is standard to have your vehicle picked up from the date it is available to load, I offer no excuses for any lack of communication 3 months prior. In fact, honest statements from good folks such as yourself lend credence to the Five Star Rating we currently hold. Thank you for your input, and collective criticism. We are a better company today based upon your statement. Kind Regards...Greg Bailey...Vice President
