I did not provide incorrect vehicle info, it was a Toyota Sienna from the start. Please verify with your own email. You were right about the pick up window, but neither Cascade or Emarat contacted me regarding the changes. Again, vehicle was scheduled to be picked up on 5/27, I never received a call from anyone, Dispatcher had ZERO info regarding the pick up, a courtesy call would be nice.
