I contacted Jean Drogus at Car2Transport upon the recommendation of a friend that had shipped with Jean a few weeks earlier. I can now understand why she had nothing but great things to say about Jean. I had never shipped my car before (I always took the auto train). Jean spent fifteen minutes going over EVERYTHING involved in the safe transport of my car, from timeframes to carrier ratings and what to watch out for from brokers. Things like "we have one spot left on the truck" to "oh my the driver broke down 5 miles from your house".
The whole process was painless and had me laughing half the time as Jean has quite a sense of humor. Ellie the dispatcher was very helpful and friendly as well. Need to ship a car?Cal Jean!!!!
