My God, I should have read Real reviews. I missed all of the warning signs (deposit while reputable companies never ask for one to lock you in) and went on one phone number from a "friend." I would NEVER recommend this headache to anyone. First, I call the number and get Neil directly, he told me he'd pick up the car and have it to my location in no time. That it's just him and his own staff and drivers and how I can't trust other companies because they'll place my job on a portal and anyone could just pick it up open carrier. He convinced me to trust him over others. I told him his price was over $100 more than AmeriFreight (believe me I read all reviews on Consumer Affairs). He said it's because of his great service, etc. He sent me a link to pay asap and I did. No one called me for days then I call him and he finally answered after I left a message and told me he'll have customer service call me. They basically took my money and ghosted. I found online a customer service number, which is one guy at a phone and for 5 days everyday he told me someone is picking up my car that day. They never came. One week later than expected someone finally came. It put my vehicle in danger being without me on an unknown street and I spent unnecessary money on a car rental. I was hung up on, ignored, and yelled at by Neil's staff. Totally ignored. Not only would I have had my car sooner with someone else, but I would've paid a LOT less. Later I found out that he allegedly lied to me, they allegedly do the same thing as everyone else by posting on the Same server for an independent person (not his own staff) and by fact it never got picked up because he posted it super cheap likely to pocket my money. They never apologized. I would never do this again! This is my experience.
