I was moving a car that my father had owned when I was a child. My concerns were to get it here in good repair. There was no hurry in delivery and I needed no special handling so was looking for someone who would handle it safely and at a reasonable and fair rate who would keep me up to date on progress. Car Transport Express and Neil filled the bill in every way. My first impression with Neil eliminated all my concerns. One thing in particular that was different from other shippers was that Neil said, "we will get your car to you exactly as it was when we picked it up, but in the unlikely event something happens you are covered". All of the rest said "we will cover any damage" like it was expected. It just made me feel CTE were concerned about doing it right. Throughout the process I could get updates where the driver was and what the status was by helpful and friendly people. There was a small delay when a change of trucks had to be made at the last minute but immediately another truck was assigned, and I was not in a hurry to get the car. Thank you for the great service and I will surely be talking to CTE if I need transport in the future.
