I would recommend this shipper to anyone that is seeking a trustworthy shipper. There are so many people in this industry and you simply do not know who to trust. This company was the first company I contacted via phone directly and I had a great feeling about them after the first phone conversation. I received quotes via email from other carriers but just wasn't getting the customer service I was expecting and my questions were not being answered in a professional manner. I called another carrier but my first impression of them of the manner in which they answered the phone was not the type of service I was seeking. I spoke with Kathleen during this entire process and was able to email Jennifer directly. They both were patient with me as I think I was very stressed about having my vehicle delivered on time. I told them on 10/4/13 that my vehicle would be ready for pickup on Thursday (10/10/13). They immediately jumped on the job and tried locating me a carrier. Since it was going into the weekend I didn't give it much thought and would anticipate following back up with them on Monday. I kept in touch with them thru the process and Jennifer actually had me a pickup ready on Monday but my car wasn't actually ready on that day so I told her that I would follow back up on Wednesday for my expected Thursday pickup. Things change and my car was actually ready on Tuesday so I called them around 3:00 or 3:30 and told them that my car was ready. I wasn't expecting them to jump on the job and have it picked up then but they absolutely made it happen! Kathleen called me back at 3:45 and said the driver could pickup my car ASAP because he was in the area. I was shocked and so thankful that they were able to make it happen so quickly. My car was delivered to me the next day and the driver was awesome! He was very professional and courteous and made sure he was very careful with my car! I would recommend this company to anyone looking for an honest and reputable shipper! I will definitely use them again if I need services such as this!
