I would rate our experience 5 out of a possible 10. Had we originally spoken with Kelli the experience would of been much better. Therefore, I strongly suggest dealing with Kelli and not anyone else, (Sarah, wink wink)! Unfortunately, the company tends to place your call on hold for unusually long periods of time. This company really needs to improve their attitude! Possibly, it is a cultural thing being located in Miami or South Florida. The quoted and agreed rate was $500.00 but we pushed for our delivery and offered to pay more and guess what, we ended up paying $750.00. Would I use them again? Absolutely but remember contact Kelli from the beginning.
