My vehicle was to be transported from Anchorage, Alaska to Memphis Tennessee. Campbell Boyz Trucking was assigned to transport my vehicle from Anchorage to Kent, Washington. Vehicle was damaged during transit, not due to negligence. However, when informed of the damages, the owner Dustin Campbell did also inform me that full costs of damages would be covered and not to worry since the insurance company will cover up to $250,000 per vehicle if necessary. The ONLY request I made throughout the entire case was to have a rental car provided during repairs and due to the fact that I needed my car the day I landed in my destination. Not only did I end up not able to drive my car for a total of 7 weeks (since the day it was picked up in Alaska), but I wasn't provided a rental car, my only request. I was told that anything that happens due to the damages wasn't going to be covered by Campbell Boyz Trucking, nor their insurance company. All costs in consequence of the accident would have to be covered out of my own pocket. This is why I am upset. As of the result, my insurance company, State Farm, has taken over my case and will pay for all damages and expenses.
