I sent out a shipping job to transfer my infiniti from California to NJ. I received various quotes along with one from Brown that was too good to be true. I contacted Darla and she confirmed and I wanted more cars shipped and she said she will call me back when she gets home. I waited and started calling and all my calls where being forwarded to voice mail even on the 866 number. I called and called but I realized that she was avoiding my call. I then had someone do a 3 way with me on the line and she answered she told me she terribly under quoted and I offered to pay more and she said ok. I waited and emailed her and till today, she is still carefully avoiding my calls.
I would not use them because they are not straight forward.

We do our best to provide excellent service to all our customers. We understand that we cannot make everyone happy all the time but in this case, Charity was never a CUSTOMER. She requested a quote online and we replied with a quote of $700.00. At the time she requested the quote she only asked what it would cost for 1 (ONE) car to be shipped. She later called and wanted 5 cars shipped. After checking to see what we could ship them for, she stated that she had a quote from another company for $500.00, to which I told her that I could not do it for that amount. She also wanted to put the entire amount on a credit card but didn't want to pay the additional 5% fee that is required for the entire amount to be ran on a card that all customers have to pay. I told her this on several occasions over a several day periord of time. She persistently tried to get me to ship 5 cars for the $500.00. I respectfully declined her offer as I felt that I could not get them shipped for that amount as well as taking the risk of being stuck with a $2700.00 credit card charge.
