Entered into a contract on 2/26/24 for my car to be shipped from FL to MD for $600. Car was to be shipped on 3/19/24. I texted regularly to confirm pick-up time and was told by text on 3/15/24 that "it's set." Received a call on 3/18/24 advising that they couldn't ship unless I paid an extra $400. Reason was not given. I agreed because I needed the car shipped. Worked with Mark and James and customer service was awful.
