It is hard to know what broker-trucking-driver company to choose. My son needed his car moved from Stockton Ca to Orlando FL. I went on line and filled out a form. As far am I am concerned there are several unethical auto transport companies. Boss Auto Transport did not ask for money for a "down" to get my son's car to Florida. I called them on a Friday and Sunday morning my son's car was picked up at my residence. Aimee Trucking who works with Boss Auto Transport were helpful and made me feel secure with sending off my son's car. The drivers were early but they didn't want to call me 2 hr early because they did not want to awaken me. I was given the personal cell phone numbers of the trucking company and Matt Samuel at BOSS provided a three-way conversation to reassure me. My son is my life line and as a mom, I needed my son to have his car, in order to stay in the Disney College program so he could drive to work or he would have been dropped from the program. Disney is my son's life. His car HAD to be in Orlando by Aug 1st. He received his car Tuesday afternoon, 3 days later. I cannot express my happiness enough to BOSS, Aimee Trucking and the 2 drivers that delivered the car. The drivers were patient with me to explain how vehicles are put on the carrier. I watched the car go on and my son could not have been anymore thrilled than he was today with an early arrival. Yes, I would use this company again. Because of all of you, my son gets to continue his dream of working for Disney World and he plans to attend UCF. Now he can start his residency in the state of Florida. Thank you again.
